This is the 1st project of 2nd year Design Studio in Unitec
It was for an artist residence on the Awhitu Peninsula
On the camp site, my design is situated on location 4.
The rooms inside including living room,a toilet, a two level art gallery, studio, a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom and en-suite.
in the steps towards sustainable design, photovoltaic panels are to be installed. with self-generated electricity, the artist won't need to rely on outside sources.
a two level high living room and art gallery, creates a comfortable and spacious feeling inside.
the mesh outside the bathroom is made out the steel walk way panel on tramping tracks.
